The PANG Patriots Board is a dedicated group of individuals committed to fostering community awareness for the mission of the Arizona Air National Guard and its Airmen.

    I was privileged to serve as Chairman for the 128th ARW Community Council in Milwaukee until 2020. My wife and I moved to Phoenix that year and I joined the PANG Patriots servicing as Executive Director. I was humbled when the Board appointed me its President. I look forward to working with the Board to bring my experience to help us grow to new heights. Together we can make a difference!

  • Lane Chereskin, Chairman

    Lane is a Senior Director at Nextiva and has been on the PANG Patriots board for the past 4 years. Along with his civilian career he has over 20 years in the Army National Guard. Lane has been married to his wife Sara since 2004 and have 5 beautiful children

  • John C Greenway/Membership Director

    John is the Founder and Chairman of Mission2Alpha, which raises funds and awareness for the needs of military and first responder heroes. Since the inception of his first non-profit in 2008, John has helped to raise more than 7 million dollars for the needs of injured heroes. Recently he was named as the “Luke Air Force Base 2018 Home Town Hero” and as an “Honorary Commander for the 161st Goldwater Air Refueling Wing”.

    Nick is a prior Air Force Veteran who is currently the Chairman of the Arizona Military Emergency Relief Fund for Veterans. Over the past 10+ years, Nick has been in Workforce Management and Recruitment with various Corporate and Consulting Firms hiring military talent across the county.

    Fred is a retired Air Force Chief Master Sergeant, serving 25 years in the Air force and Arizona Air National Guard. He is also a retired manager for SRP (Salt River Project) with over 32 years of service. Most recently, he has been a member of the Arizona Corporate Council for Veteran Careers as well as holding various positions at SRP on the SRPVETS Employee Interest Group. Fred is an Arizona native, growing up in the small eastern mining town of Globe Arizona. Married with 2 daughters. Free time is spent as a drummer for a local Phoenix band, called Slightly Right.

    Nancy is an active member of the PANG Patriots since June 2003 serving as Secretary/Treasure. Graduated from St. Mary’s High School in Phoenix, she has lived most of her life in Phoenix. Nancy worked in the heavy equipment industry for many years and now works in property management in Phoenix. She is also an active member of a local four-wheel drive club for over 40-years.

    Randy came to Arizona from Indiana in 1980 and attended ASU (1981–85), studying Marketing. He has built a distinguished 35+ year career in Arizona real estate and is deeply committed to serving the Phoenix-area community.

    A proud Arizona native, Paul joined the Army in 1987 and retired in 2018 as a Master Sergeant after 31 years of service — including active deployments to the Gulf War, Iraq, and Afghanistan, and support missions for Hurricane Katrina and the LA Fires. After his initial active service, he earned his BA from NAU and has spent 30+ years managing some of Arizona's top restaurants, currently at Dominick's Steakhouse. Paul is an active American Legion member and is currently serving his 3rd year as Post Commander at Post 105.
